This 9.5-inch Fillet's blade is the right size for salmon, pike, steelhead, and most larger fish. Because of the greater girth of these fish and the extra surface area you’ll need to cut through, you'll appreciate having a longer blade. This Kershaw-sharp knife glides through fish quickly and easily.
