Kershaw offers a wide variety of knives that you can customize with our engraving service. Include personalized text and images on our high-quality blades. With so many blade materials, handle materials, and customization options, there's bound to be a Kershaw for you.

ENGRAVING WITH TEXT
$9.00 per engraved item.
Kai USA can engrave one line of text and up to 15 characters per line. Location of engraving will be on the blade or handle, depending on material type. No emojis can be used.
AVAILABLE FONTS
ENGRAVING WITH A LOGO/GRAPHICS
Company logos will require a logo fee of $25.00 in addition to the $9.00 per engraving charge. Images will be black or white based off the material they are engraved on. Images that will need additional editing will be charged at $50.00 per hour. Please submit vector or high-resolution graphic files. Photos of artwork or logos will not be accepted.
GUIDELINES FOR UPLOADING A FILE
● A high-resolution digital file is required for set-up and transparent backgrounds are recommended. Vector .EPS files are preferred or one of the following formats: .PNG, .JPG (.JPEG), .PDF, .GIF, or .SVG
● Black & white files with a black outline are preferred, or all-black. Color images are accepted but will engrave as light or dark gray, depending on the surface finish. All-white graphics cannot be accepted at this time.
● Clean lines and legible graphics
● +300 DPI
● Less than 25 MB
Photographs or real-life images are not possible at this time for engraving.
WHAT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO UPLOAD
We cannot engrave images and text that are inappropriate or offensive. If we receive such material, we will contact the customer directly.
Kai USA reserves the right to refuse any engraving request. In these cases, Kai USA will cancel the submission and alert the customer by email. For any questions or concerns, please email engraving@kai-usa.com.
ENGRAVING POLICY
- Customers will be notified via email if the submission was canceled. Kai USA cannot engrave offensive or inappropriate images and text.
- Engraving orders are final sale. No returns on engraving orders.
- Even if an engraving request is successfully submitted, KAI USA reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason.
- Kai USA reserves the right to change engraving prices at any time without notice.
- Copyrighted material is prohibited. We cannot engrave material that is protected from reproduction.
- Please proofread text before sending. Kai USA is not responsible for any typos made on the engraving.
- Because materials and finishes can vary between each knife, final color appearance and engraving placement can vary.
- For orders that are canceled or require changes during the engraving process, customers will be invoiced for the labor charges incurred.
- Please note that this is a surface laser engraving and not a deep etching process.

WARRANTY
All products engraved by Kai USA remain covered by the full Kai USA warranty. This does not cover misuse, abuse, or improper use. For more warranty information, please visit the Warranty page. Replaced items that have been engraved by Kai USA, will not be re-engraved.
TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS
Kai USA assumes clients are authorized to use trademarks and copyrighted materials presented to us for reproduction. Customers assume all liability resulting from trademark or copyright disputes.
